Dr. Kimberly Oneness is an organizational development consultant, cultural strategist, author, and founder. Holding a PhD in Organizational Communication from Howard University, she has spent more than 25 years helping families, leaders, and communities grow in confidence, clarity, and cultural awareness — across university classrooms, international communities, and the families who trust her work to raise the next generation with intention.
A university professor for over two decades, she brings academic rigour to everything she creates, then translates it into warm, accessible strategy. Her work bridges two worlds: the intellectual depth of organizational development and the soulful, grounded wisdom of the African and African-American storytelling tradition.
A Leeds School of Business Values Faculty Award recipient, CIBER Faculty Development Grant fellow with immersive study across Egypt, Oman, and the UAE, and a Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Faculty Fellow, she is also among fewer than 3% of individuals ever to pass the U.S. Foreign Service examinations on the first attempt.
